Holyoke–French House, Boxford, MA
Spring is in the air—and so is music, laughter, and a taste of history! Join the Boxford Historical Society as we welcome the season with our annual Harbinger of Spring Celebration at the beloved Holyoke–French House, currently blooming into new life with renovations underway.

Enjoy live springtime music, light finger foods, sandwiches, desserts, and coffee in one of Boxford’s most storied homes, located at the corner of Elm Street and Topsfield Road.
Built in 1760 for Rev. Elizur Holyoke, the house has long stood as a witness to the town’s rich past—first as a parsonage in 1704, and later as the residence of the Holyoke and French families. Today, it’s lovingly preserved by the Boxford Historical Society.
Come celebrate renewal, community, and the enduring charm of local history.
